Carl has jumped in and is helping and coming along nicely. He’s respectful and has handled a few projects already. In particular, I want to recognize Omayra and William. They are fantastic. Both very knowledgeable about not only their discipline but total hotel operations. They work together as a team as if they have been together for years. Omayra has even helped me roll the house over in night audit due to the absence of the Night Manager and William is a non-stop Mr. Handles Everything for me and he’s fantastic.
